1. Information we process
We process information you provide, including your name, verified mobile number, delivery address, optional email, order and payment-related records, referral code and relationship, wallet and coin activity, reviews, and support messages. We also process device or app installation identifiers and fraud-prevention signals needed to protect accounts and assess rewards. Website storage may retain login, cart, preferences, and installation identifiers.
Photos, videos, and documents you submit for reviews, support, or return claims may contain product details, parcel labels, order numbers, addresses, faces, or voices. Share only what is needed and avoid including unrelated people or sensitive information. Where a feature requests device permissions, you can manage them through your device settings.
2. Why we use information
We use information to verify mobile numbers, maintain accounts, process payments and orders, deliver products, provide support, review return or replacement evidence, manage agreed account credits, and keep transaction records. We also use relevant account, device, order, payment-related, and delivery information to assess new-customer status, referral eligibility, duplicate claims, fraud, and security.
Creating a new account or using another number does not automatically make a person new for promotional eligibility. We may review relevant records at registration, payment, and delivery, and support may review a disputed decision. Shared household addresses or IP addresses alone do not establish misuse.
3. Payment information
Payments are handled by supported payment providers. We retain transaction references, status, amounts, and payment-related identifiers supplied by providers where needed for fulfilment, fraud checks, accounting, or disputes. We do not ask you to provide banking passwords, UPI PINs, or card security codes to customer support.
5. Unboxing videos and uploaded content
Unboxing videos and claim photos are used to verify parcel contents and the reported issue, investigate possible fraud, and resolve the claim. Relevant evidence may be reviewed by our support team and shared with a delivery or service partner where necessary to investigate the issue. Return evidence is not used as public marketing content without separate permission. Public product reviews are visible where published.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable access controls and technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and do not share OTPs.
We retain information and claim evidence only as needed to fulfil orders, resolve claims and disputes, maintain legally required records, and address fraud or security issues. Retention may continue where accounting, tax, legal, or dispute obligations require it.
7. Access, correction, and deletion
Contact contact@mamoncreations.in to request correction, access, or deletion of your information, subject to identity verification and applicable law. Account deletion can also be requested at https://mamoncreations.in/delete-account. Records needed for legal obligations, unresolved orders, disputes, or justified fraud prevention may be retained. Device permissions can be changed in your device settings.
8. Children and policy updates
Our services are not directed at children. A parent or guardian should contact support if a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission. We will assess the request and take action as required by law.
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change and will display the revision date. Where fresh consent or a specific notice is required, continued use alone does not replace it. Questions can be sent to contact@mamoncreations.in.
