Account deletion request
Mamon Creations respects your right to control your personal information and provides a simple process for requesting deletion of your customer account. If you no longer wish to use your account, please email contact@mamoncreations.in from the email address or mobile number connected with your Mamon Creations profile. In your message, write "Delete my account" and include your full name, registered phone number, and any recent order reference that can help us verify ownership securely.
After receiving your request, our support team will review the details, confirm that the request came from the account holder, and start the deletion process. We may contact you for additional verification before removing information, especially if your account has active orders, pending payments, unresolved returns, wallet balances, rewards, service requests, or delivery issues. Account deletion is intended to be permanent. Once completed, you may lose access to order history, saved addresses, rewards, support conversations, product preferences, and login access linked to that account.
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, shipping records, warranty support, or legitimate business purposes. Any retained information will be protected and used only for those required purposes. We aim to complete eligible deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after verification. If you only want to update your details, unsubscribe from marketing, or stop receiving promotional messages, mention that in your email instead of requesting deletion. Before sending the request, please download invoices, save delivery information, and use any reward balance you want to keep. Deletion cannot cancel shipped orders or refund completed purchases automatically, so include any open concern in the same email and our team will guide you through the correct support path first. For all account deletion questions, contact Mamon Creations at contact@mamoncreations.in.
